Salt yogurt Recipe |

plain yogurt=450g
salt=1/2 teaspoon
Spread a coffee filter or a sheet of kitchen paper in a small basket with a rack and pour yogurt in it. Wrap and keep it in a fridge overnight. Hoei is filtered and the yogurt becomes like cream cheese. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt in it. You can use it for various cooking as well as simply eat it pasting on crackers.
